We inform you that due to the blockages in the vicinity of the AICM, we make the following protection policy available to customers with flights from Mexico City (MEX) operated by Aeroméxico or in codeshare:
We will not charge you charges for date change or fare difference, as long as the same cabin is respected.
The ticketing fee will be waived.
If you make a route change, you Chile Mobile Number List must pay the fare difference between the original ticket and the new one at the time of making the change.
If you decide not to use this benefit now, it is valid for one year from the date of issue.
It is important to mention that we have no responsibility to cover any additional costs that arise due to the impact (ground transportation, lodging, food, telephone calls, among others).
This program applies on October 7, 2019*
Ticket reissue deadline: October 10, 2019.
The new flight must begin no later than October 10, 2019.**
**If the rescheduled trip occurs after the permitted travel period and the change is made within the permitted effective dates*, the change fee will not apply, but a fare difference does apply.
Applies to customers with confirmed reservation for Aeroméxico or codeshare services.
Any change regarding the contingency will be notified in this same way.
